Hire a translation service or copy/paste the text into an online translator would be about the only way.
You can't actually change the PDF with the free Reader.
Google Translate has a PDF translation option.
That would work but it doesn't let you create a new PDF that is translated. At least not as far as I can see.
Yes. I don't think that is really something that can be done well. This is something that would require the original file to be translated and re PDF'd.
And translated by a skilled translator, not by a machine.
