Encore CS6 Freezes when preparing to burn DVD

I am trying to export a basic looping SD DVD via Encore CS6. I am using an MPG2 file and have done this millions of times with CS 5.5.

It goes through the entire process and freezes when it should be writing to the disc. It holds on 7.74MB written. I have to use Task Manager to close the program and then reboot my system.

I have seen posts of this happening in CS4 and CS5, but not CS6. Any ideas on how I can get this to work?

I am using an MPG2 file and have done this millions of times with CS 5.5.
I assume by MPEG2, you are referring to an exported file that you are importing to Encore. Are you using the MPEG2 or MPEG2-DVD export preset?
