I cannot sign into Folio Builder; "Sign In has failed. [svr.Unknown]"

I cannot sign into Folio Builder; "Sign In has failed. [svr.Unknown]". I have tried many of the suggestions I have found on here, from re-downloading to clearing. I have not yet ever used Folio Builder and cannot begin becuase of this problem. Thanks!

Thank you for your response! I had already tried all the steps on this page; I am starting to wonder if it has anything to do with firewalls my office might have over the internet. Have you heard of this problem before?
