Hi all,
Frustrating issue with the latest Flash 11.3 ActiveX on IE 9. This is happening on several PCs that got updated over the past few weeks.
This was previously working, but stopped (not able to pinpoint exactly when though). It only affects the PCs that are running in non-admin mode (works as admin account). Due to security policies, cannot provide local admin privilege to these users.
Tried temporarily assigning local admin to the user, and did uninstall/reinstall, etc. Was not able to get it going in that context.
They are running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. Firefox works. Chrome works. IE Active works at admin, just not local admin, though it was working.
Have tried all sorts of things, uninstall/reinstall, removal tools, registry modifications, etc. ActiveX filtering...
Still no go.

The Adobe Flash Player or an HTML5 supported browser is required for video playback.

Any ideas for ways to make this work? Really annoying....
Thanks!
I do not know what is causing Flash Player not to work for non-admin users, but I have seen it getting to work in the past by using the following procedures
