Connection to failed service

Hi,

Anyone seen this error when trying to render a pdf? How do I fix it?

    Do you have enough memory on this machine? I hope you have more than 2GB. Make sure you have enough disk space.
    Stop the AppServer. You will find some adobe directory under installedApps (drilldown and you will find it). Delete the content of the adobe directory except svcnative. You might find a directory name DocumentStorage under svcnative. Keep this directory and leave the rest. (you MUST NOT delete DocumentStorage directory). Make sure all instances of XMLForm are killed (check windows task manager). Start the AppServer. Make sure that the Java version is a supported version.

    Hi Nelson,

     

    I am facing the similar issue with FormService. Have you found the resolution of the issue?
