Do I need to de-activte my current installation of CS6

Do I need to de-activate my current installation of Photoshop CS6 prior to carrying out a clean install of Windows 7 and then re-installing Photoshop CS6 on the same PC.

    Deactivate before doing  a clean install of the operating system. On reinstalling, it will activate automatically wne you connect to the internet.
