PDF presets gone!

Tags:I was just going to PDF a file in InDesign CS4 and discovered that all of the PDF presets are gone. There are no .joboptions files where they should be and I am at a loss. Is it possible to download these presets from somewhere? The only thing I can think of that might be related to this is that I recently deleted an expired trial of Illustrator CS5, though why one would affect the other I have no clue. 
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
