A customer has an active subscritpion to one of our apps, and has tweeted us to say the latest edition displays as 'purchased' but the download button is greyed out and doesn't do anything.
I've seen a screenshot of the issue, never seen this problem before. We haven't had any other customers report the problem and we haven't done anything out of the ordinary to the app.
I am sure it's a problem specific to the customers iPad rather than a problem with our app - maybe he doesn't have enough memory left to download the folio.
