Signature Field Properties

I am looking at getting the signature field properties, specifically who signed it and anything else is a bonus. I am using C# and the SDK and the Javascript Object.

If it was that plain, I wouldn't be asking. I can find bunch about signing documents, but none for getting the properties of the signature field. So if its so plain for you, please provide a link.
