A Creative Cloud membership allows you to host 5 sites through BC for free, but you can have more than that. The additional websites do come with an additional monthly fee. I'm not completely clear on what your last question is referring to - if you make a site for a client who goes through their own host company, you won't need to publish via your own BC memberhsip. The great thing about Creative Cloud is that you have an unlimited amount of temporary webistes. So you can publish and test as many websites as you want, even though you're limited to live-hosting 5 for free. When it comes time to push a client's website live, they can do so via their own host company.
