Paid issue and free subscription

We have already published a few free folios of our magazine. Soon, we plan to update our app in order to take advantage of the newstand and the free subsciption. But we also plan to produce special edition folios for which we would like to charge. Can this be done?

    Free subscription apps cannot include retail content.

    Thank you for your answer and I understand that a free subscription cannot include retail content. But is there a way to publish some folios (paid content) outside the free subscription within the same app? Or must I creat another app for my Special editions for which I want to charge?

    Bob, is this by design on Apple side or on Adobe? From my point of view i don't understand why this should not work...
