    You cannot.

Once the website is viewable, we can see the code.

Is your code particularly special or valuable that you feel the need to prevent it being copied?

In practical terms, there's no simple way of doing so.

Once you've uploaded your website, the world can see the code.

I'm sure it can be done with some advanced scripting but I've don't think I've ever seen websites do it.

The dated "no-right-click" scripts of yesteryear are a waste of time so I'd suggest steering clear of those.

Actually not, simply I don't wanna somebody to copy and use my HTML code in his website.

First, what is so special about your HTML code that people would even care about stealing?

Second, if you don't want people to see your HTML code, don't publish your site on the web.

Maybe somebody (especially my competitors) will like my design and would like to use it?

Happens all the time on the web every day.

Embrace the fact that someone likes your work.

If it starts costing you (money or reputation or whatever) and you can prove that it's your own copyrighted design, then send them a cease-and-desist email asking them to pull it down.

But it's often not worth the time and effort.

Come up with more brilliant designs and sell your designs as templates knowing there's a market for them.

What about HTML encryption? There are tons of HTML encrypting software, but I'm afraid of using them

They exist but I've never used them and don't know if they work.

Personally I've got better things to do with my time.

Your HTML code ?  It's not your HTML code. Hypertext Markup Language was devised long before you came along.

    Copyright your text.

    In two ways:

    1) don't have any websites at all so nobody will see anything about you and so nothing to copy.

    2) Have a simple site with nothing more than images of your products.  People can copy your images but you can sue them for infringement of your copyright!

Are you doing something that you don't want people to know about? You can't make money by being so secretive.  You need customers!
