How do I show all layers as visible? If I have sub-layers turned off, they don't turn on when I use show all layers.
And where would this "Show all Layers" command be?? I dont' seem to have that option anywhere.
Layers panel drop down menu at the top right of the panel. Down the list a bit. Also, by option clicking the visibility icon of an individual layer.
Works for me.
Hidden objects aren’t displayed by this command, only hidden layers and sub layers.
Show all layers can be found in the layers flyout menu, only can be found if you have a hidden layer.
Sorry, Guess I just missed it since it changes and was reading Hide All Layers.
Seems to work exactly as expected here for sublayers in both CS5 and CS6.
Perhaps resetting your preferneces would help.
I must be mistaking hidden objects with hidden sub-layers. I want to know how to quickly make all hidden objects visible.
A very importnat command that I use many times every day
Object >> show all
opt cmd 3
That's what I'm looking for. Thanks.
