Problem in Importing Video in Presenter 7

Hi, I have tried importing video in all mp4, avi and flv format but it is showing following error message with multiple videos

 

" Can't convert video files....Don't have enough space/ privilages"...However there is no problem of space in the computer..Kindly help..

    i have the same issue, i get this error message on one laptop but not another... this is definitely an issue with 7.0.7 , never experienced this with 7.0.6...
