serial number is already in use by maximum of 2 computers?

Hi:

I just got my AE6 serial number, after AE6 being installed, it required me to insert serial number.

It's my first computer to install AE6, but I got an error message, does anyone know how to solve this?

I used online chat to contact with adobe, they reset my serial number, then the problem solved, .
