Proxy Password Unable to authenticate / i can't install The new creative design CS6 at my office

    If you are having problems with your proxy configuration, and have ensured the credentials you are entering are correct, then the next step would be to contact your I.T. department.  They may need to modify the configuration of your proxy server.
