Italy map highlight rollover

Hi,

I.m trying to add to my website a map whose different zones are highlighted on mouseover.

I think that i can't do it with a single image (using html without flash), but i should assembly more parts of the images working one by one with and rollover...

I assembly this image on photoshop, but i can't do that on dreamweaver (it's impossible to give to the image the same layout it had before being cutted)...

Do you have any idea??
