Hi Graham,
Did you happen to have the beta version for Photoshop CS 6 installed before ? If yes please follow the proper steps as listed on http://forums.adobe.com/message/4361731#4361731 to unistall Photoshop CS 6 beta and then try to install the software you bought.
Hope this helps.
Thanks
Nikhil
Dear Nikhil,
I procured Adobe Premiere Elements 10 which was registered on 13th February 2012 (Premiere Serial Number is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) and got a 30 day trial of Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 (which was included on my Adobe Premiere Elements 10 DVD)
Since then I became interested in Prezi ( saw a great presentation done by my 11 year old grandson!!) to be able to do a Seminar presentation and after"chatting" with Adobe staff & Prezi staff I decided that the best option for me to be able to learn & become proficient was to purchase Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 (Oh! by the way I'm 70 years old, but still learning, but struggle, at times, to embrace new technology, ...like my grandson!!) In my impatience I seem to have done wrong sequences. I appreciate your reply re Photoshop CS 6. Does your STEPS detailed below, apply to what I said previously, added to the information I have imparted to you now.
Ithank you in advance, and humbly await your reply.
Graham - Latsouthroller.
