Adobe,
I have an Enterprise account where we have to publish a big magazine every week. This of course needs some time to upload to the servers but we are experiencing major problems last week especially Tuesday 5p.m. UTC+2 to 11p.m. and again today (now).
For example it took about 4minutes to upload a 30kb picture for the TOC artikel image. The servers hanged a lot during upload of the articles to Adobe servers and I had to restart publishing process to the live-servers 4 times because there were internal errors.
I am sorry but this problem exists since over one year and I have written more than several times about this. I also had the hope that we'd get special resources with an Enterprise account.
It is a problem if I cannot rely on the servers and have to work additional nightshifts due to server problems. I just want you to know that this affects many people and annoys not only me but many more. And of course it is a problem for the magazine publishers that the magazine is not ready to publish in-time.
So please, do something. I would really appreciate!
Thanks,
-Anselm
It seems I have now a personal rant thread for me. Again we are now ready to upload our weelky production to servers but we're unable to download the issues for preview / review on our devices now. So this again means we will have a nightshift because servers have too much load.
Adobe, you are annoying your big paying customers. What should I say to them? We are not able to publish the magazine because Adobe's servers are not able to do? Do you think this is valuable when they are paying about 20k$/year for an Enterprise account?
Some times I would love to just buy a server but even that is not possible. Sorry that I am ranting so much but this is a real no-go and after more than one year you should really have fixed such problems.
