Hi, I have signed up for creative cloud after using the 30 day free trial of the Master Collection.
The software has been activated and all is well untill I open X Pro.
It opens for about 10 seconds and then closes down without displayg any error messages.
Could you try installing this update to AAM and see if the behavior persists?
I tried this and it didn't solve the issue, however I have since been on to Live Chat and they recommended I opened Photoshop, went to help\deactivate and deactivated the product. I then opened Acrobat X Pro and recativiated.
This seems to have worked, for now at least anyway.

Thanks for the follow up Dean. Glad to hear you were able to get it working. I have heard of others with similar behavior where the patch did resolve it. Good thing is, with you having the patch installed and it being licensed, it shouldn't reoccur, and now be fixed for good.
