Good Morning -

Pictures like this are no help in explaining the code required to produce this functionality.

You would get better answers if you post a link to the live site, in this case:

http://www.delugestudios.com/

They are using a remote javascript http://www.1.delugestudios.com/js/quotes.js plus a small inline Javascript and this CSS Sprite to display the numbers

You might wish to contact them to get permission to use their code.
