2 links inside a div needing to be different colors

I have a #content div and have all the links styled. However, I need ONE link to be different. I've used #content a.ad, a.ad:link {color:lime;} to try and change it but it's just not working like I thought it would.

Any help is appreciated.

Please provide a link to the page so we can see all the code.

Bear in mind that all selectors must be written out in full when grouping them

I need the link "Check out what's in the store!!" to be a different color then the rest of the #content div links on this page.

#content a.ad:link, #content a.ad:visited {
..........
}

#content a.ad:hover, #content a.ad:active {
..........
}

should work OK as selectors.
