Hi,
I've seen a few others post about this issue, but my situation was slightly different and I wanted to hopefully make others aware of it.
I Had a folder named "B&B Friday". I also had a project called "B&B Thursday". I had a bunch of encoded videos in my B&B Friday folder. I opened my B&B Thursday project and went to "Save As" and typed in "B&B Friday.ncor" as the new file name. From what I've seen on other threads here is that this will cause Encore to create a project folder with that name and basically delete the prior folder of the same name without allowing you to undelete it. The difference for me is that there was no warning saying "this will delete all content in the folder with the same name". It just started copying files, and then it was done. All my files were gone. Thankfully I had a backup on another harddrive for some of my files, but I had to re-render quite a few of them.
Where would I go to report this to Adobe? Seems like something they need to fix. Thanks.
