authorware macromedia problem

i downloaded authorware macromedia so i could do my class work online, but when i try to get in my class it says "file download completed successfully" and stay on a white screen. ?? what is wrong with it?

    You need to Trust the site that has the training on.

     

    Assuming you are using Internet xplorer, which you pretty much must ... Go to the page where the Authorware content is, then in Internet Explorer go to Tools > Internet Options > Security > Truste Site zone and add the site. You might then have to relaunch Internet Explorer.

     

    If this doesn't work, post back and tell me what else you see - if anything.
