Hi,

I'm trying to download the Creative Cloud apps to a new computer running Windows 7.  I've installed all the applications previously without a hitch but now every application that I try to download says "Installation Failed."  Below that it says "The download appears corrupted.  Press Cancel, wait a few minutes and try again. (-60)"  I've waited and tried again like it says and I've also restarted with no luck.  I'd really appreciate any help that anyone could give me.

Thanks,

Gary

Hi Gary,

I found this recommendation

http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/error--60-trying-download.html

Could you try downloading a trial version and converting it to licensed using the "License This Software" option

http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/convert-cs6-licensed-under-ccm.html

Thanks,

-Dave

I'm moving this thread over to our download/installation forum.

Dave,

Thanks for the response.  After doing some troubleshooting and trying to install the applications on a different computer on the same network, I figured out the firewall was blocking the download.

Thanks,

Gary
