Keywording vector files?

I noticed that when I was keywording my stock images I was unable to keyword vector images. Is that correct or am I doing something wrong?

    Have never seen the question before so don't know.

     

    What are you calling a vector file?

    Basically EPS or AI files.

    Are you keywording in Bridge or Illustrator?

     

    Have never used either of these file types.  Keywords in Bridge are written to the image.

     

    If you try to add tags in Windows Explorer does that work?
