I am experiencing an issue with Flash 11.3 with Citrix. Users want to view training videos with sound in Internet Explorer 8 with play player 11.3. Flash player 10 will play all videos except these training videos with sound in IE8 but this particular training video requires flash player 11.3. When I install 11.3 the video playes but no sound. I have done all this in a pre-production Image. I'm coming under pressure now from users to get this working. If anyone can come up with any solution could you please let me know.
