Problem syncing Albums in Elements to Ipad3

When I sync Albums in elements 9 to my Ipad3 all images in a stack and all file versions get transfered - I only want the top image in a stack or version to be synced - any way to do this ?

    If using iTunes you may need to place photos in a separate album or synch directly to a nominated folder with sub folders for each album.

     

    In iTunes, select the icon for your device from the list on the left.

    Click the Photos tab.

    Select Sync photos from.

     

    On a Mac, choose iPhoto or Aperture from the pop-up menu.

    On a Windows PC, choose Photoshop Elements from the pop-up menu.

     

    You have two options (1) sync everything (2) sync selected items only.

    (1) Choose all photos, albums, events, and faces.

    (2) Choose selected albums, events, and faces.
