Modify the "Login or Register" page

Could you please tell me how do you modify the "Login or Register" page that is generated by FavoriteProcess.aspx when trying to add a product to Favorites but the user is not logged in?

    Hi Peter. Go to the system Layouts either in the admin or FTP and under favourites you will see it.
