InDesign CS4 - Link won't delete or update

Hello

 

I deleted all the pages and artwork in my file. I can't seem to get this error message to go away in the Links palette. Does anyone have any ideas of what to do? Shall I copy all my artwork into a new document. Please advise. See screenshot below. I even tried to go to link/update link and nothing happens.
