Hi,

 

Would it not make sense to have the option to atleast classify a news-item or have multiple "sets" of news so we could supple one news-flow for each country of the site?

    Hi,

     

    The only option we have at this stage if using the news module is to the classification section.  Which you would need to set-up your classifications then assign your news items accoridingly. 

     

    Setting classification types: Site settings -> categories

    Classifying news items: Modules -> news -> classify items

    Thanks for the reply.

     

    Yes, we saw that this was the only way, but it is limited.

    We decided it was better to build news using web apps.

     

    Concider the above as a feature request for improvements of the news module.
