    Do you receive any error messages?  What are you trying to download?  Which operating system are you using?

    No, All that happens is the yellow download is pressed and nothing happens....

    Could you tell us what software you're trying to download and what couputer are you using.

     

    You can also try some generic troubleshooting steps:

    • Switch-off any popup blockers or add ons in your browser (Add-ons could be blocking the download)
    • Try using a different browser

    It said i did not have permisson to open site i have  a COBY KYROS MIM1125 ANDROID TABLET
