I'm having a strange playback issue. When select my second monitor to show the video preview and them play the video both screens start to flash and they stay like this until i stop it. It happens when i move the timeline marker throughout out the timeline too.
My pc:
Intel core i3
8gb ram
Radeon HD 6670
Any ideas to solve that?

Well, what have you done differently when you reinstalled Windows and all of your software?
If everything worked until you wiped and reinstalled, it is not Premiere's problem... it is something you did that is not the same as before
PedroHCR,
You said you're on Windows 7. Have you turned Aero desktop off? With dual monitor setup it can often cause problems with video playback. I recently had serious stuttering that went away right after Aero was disabled.
So check the Aero setting. That is something that can be easily forgotten after a clean install of everything ![]()
Lack o information? Ok.
I've already described my pc configuration, just forgot to mention the HD: 7200RPM.
My processor is an i3 3.33 Ghz.
The flickering problem happens with any video source that i try to edit.
The flickering problem starts when i play the timeline. If necessary i can make a shot of the problem and place here.
I've already reinstaled the premiere software and the issue gos on.
What else it's nescessary to say?
OK, some hardware is mentioned, such as an underpowered CPU, lacking memory, non-MPE capable video card, and now a single disk.
You still haven't told which video driver version, what other hard disks you have, their fill rate and connection, the source material, your display setup, what processes are running, what tuning you have performed, etc.
If you have only one disk, your setup does not meet minimum requirements.
i have two hard disks (sata) I have one fullhd monitor connected by hdmi and the second one os connected by Dvi. The thing is when i was running a Windows 8 beta version the premiers worked perfectly, now, when i returned to windows 7 this problem starter to happen. About the source material it happens with any kind of vídeo source.
