Using only PayPal Standard

hi,

 

i want to use only PayPal standard.

 

how do i set the payment method type on the order_registration-GB page without displaying the payment method radio buttons?

    Just set your payment gateway up in the site Admin and the on your checkout form just delete the radio buttons from the form.

    You may also want to pre-tick it using checked="checked" on the radio input.

    Do not add hidden to it, some IE versions kindly think you do want it to work if you do that

    thanks for your replies,

     

    however am slightly confused in that if i delete the radio buttons then i can't make one checked.

     

    hopefully it will work fine without the radio buttons.

    Brad means delete all but the paypal one of course And that is the one I mentioned you make checked

    i don't want to show that option on the page - daft if only one payment option.

     

    what's the best way to hide it?

    hello,

     

    on my (Bc) checkout i ask for a name, email and shipping address before directing to paypal standard.

     

    is there a way i can take the shipping address thru to paypal so that it defaults as the paypal billing address (for those paying by card and not a paypal account)?

    Hey Frank,

    If you set things up correctly with BC and Paypal folling the instructions on the knowledgebase this should be coming through.
