Different types of link boxes?

I am just curious on why this is happening.

I create all of these links the same way by selecting the text then right clicking and creating a hyperlink. But what happens is I get two different types of links when doing this. One link will be a normal link box with the little squares in the corners for resizing. Then, when I make another link a different type that is just a solid box is created and I can't do anything with it i.e. resize, copy, etc.

Has anyone had this problem while using Acrobat X?

Click with the mouse on the box.

Can you post a link to a sample file?

When you create links with the link tool you can resize the link box. Links created by selecting the text and right click aren't resizeable.

If you select text with the multi-select tool (black arrow + I-beam) and right-click to create a link, you stay in the multi-select tool - and that can't touch the link rectangle.

Switch to the link tool or the select object tool (big black arrow) and any link region is draggable.

I'm with krigger228 - I know this is an old thread, but I am having the same problem. Some of my text links are moveable, etc. And then random other ones - usually ones covering two lines of text rather than one - are immovable. I can't do a think with them - can't move them, can't copy them. Any help?
