Art Brush Options Don't Show

Tags:Hi everyone,
I am a windows xp user using illustrator cs6 and I have been furiously looking on the internet on how to fix my issue but no avail.
Anyways, my problem is reagrding the art brush options.
See when i make a scribble with the pencil, and i try to make a new art brush out of it, I don't get certain options.
To see what I mean see the the image below. (there are no other options in the drop down)
Hope I can fix this soon
