face sharpen

I have a problem with some pictures. The person behind me was not sharp (other pictures on the same basis). I use PSE 10. Is there a possibility that person to sharpen?

Sharpen the entire picture - try Unsharp mask: Amt.108%, Radius 27.5 px, Thresholod 1 level
Then access the sharpen tool in the toolbox, and selectively sharpen the face of the lady in the background.
If you have another picture of her with her eyes wide open, you may want to clone the open eyes.

You can't "sharpen" her face in your photo because it's too blurred -- she moved during the exposure.
