Internet Explorer CMS editing

Just did an online meeting to watch my client use the page editor to update their page.  It not only messed up the <ul> section on the "Display" view, but it refused to update when we went into fix the html directly...twice.  I then realized they were using IE and asked him to download firefox.

It seems like we had this error before and got it fixed.  Seems like it's back again...

    Which IE version.

IF it is IE7, BC just as many others do not support IE 7 any more. Very least they should upgrade to IE8 or the latest IE9.
