LinksPanelID resources missing in CS4

Dear All,

 

In InDesign CS3 SDK, resources like kStatusOKResID, kMissingStatusIconResID, etc., are defined in LinksPanelID.h. But in CS4, the LinksPanelID has been deprecated.

 

Can anyone suggest how to use the resources like kStatusOKResID, kMissingStatusIconResID, etc., in CS4 and above?

    Resource definitions in CS4 have gone some changes and I have found that resources like  kStatusOKResID, kMissingStatusIconResID, etc., have been moved to to LinksID.h.
