We have the basic SendNow Subscription. I keep getting delivery receipts for a file I sent. As of now I have gotten 7 delivery receipts for a file I sent. Any thoughts on why this is happening?
Did you uncheck "Get delivery receipts" box before sending?
If you want to suppress Delivery Notifications for a file you already sent, select that file in the Sent Files tab, then click the Details icon (eye) on the far left.
You'll see an option to toggle on/off the delivery notifications:
