apns certificate

Im having troubles with the apns certificate because i generate them but when i try to upload them in the viewer builder portal, they appear in gray and are not selectable, i want to know what to do because its urgent to me, to finish this app.

Did you follow the instructions in the iPad publishing companion guide to create the push certs?
