Issues with on-screen keyboard

Hey all. We're testing a Dell Latitude ST tablet that runs a full version of Win 7 Pro. We installed Adobe Pro X but when opening forms the on screen keyboard does not trigger trigger the on-screen keyboard when trying to edit a field. Anyone have suggestions for this? It works fine for everything else.
