Adobe Community: Muse: error 1009: site doesn't open at all

Please send us the file at muse-support@adobe.com along with a link to this thread. If the file is larger than 20Mb, you can use a service like Adobe SendNow, SendThisFile or WeTransfer. We should be able to alter your file to workaround the error while we identify the cause and work on a fix for a future update. Thanks.

Ok I found the problem with mine using process of elimination. It was me using fonts on my contact form. Go figure. Maybe a bug to be worked out in a future update?

ACTUALLY, I found it was when I attempted to apply an effect to the input field, white rectangles. I dig in past the text input level and applied an inner shaddow. It was only at this point where I get the error when trying to preview or export.

I have the same error, sent my file to adobe. This is really bad. On a deadline and can't work. Every time i try to save my work it shuts down!!

I experience the same error. However if I close and reopen, the error goes away.

Please send the .muse file at muse-support@adobe.com along with a link to this thread. You can also use a service like Adobe SendNow, SendThisFile or WeTransfer if the file is larger than 20mb. Once we have the file, we may be able to fix it and send it back to you.

what was the solution to this? I get the error:

"adobe muse encountered an unexpected error and will have to be terminated. TypeError: Error #1009: Cannot access a property or method of a null object reference"

also and I can't seem to find the work around......

any help would be appreciated and I will take this second of lime light to say have a safe and happy holidays to all my Adobe friends!

You should have a file named 'MuseLog.txt' in your user Documents folder. Please email that file to muse-support@adobe.com so we can investigate the 1009 error you're seeing.

Muse 3.1 is now available. It contains a fix for a 1009 error at launch seen by some mac users with 3.0.

Me as well. I had not had this problem until I just upgraded an hour ago.

Have not changed anything in my file since it was working just updated to New "Improved" version.

This is no longer a beta program. We do use it to please clients....
