Is there a limitation to the number of narrated question with Adobe Captivate 5?

I have a Captivate 5 project that is only a quiz. I has 47 questions. All question are multiple choice. For all questions, there's a Slite Note that is converted to Text-to-speech. For the first 45 questions, everything works fine. When user finishes a question, the next slide is displayed and the question si read. But for the last two, the reading doesn't start. All slides have the same configuration. Just to test, I've deleted one slide in the middle of my project and the question 46 (which now was 45) was now reading properly... If I play the last slide alone, the sound is good too. So it really seem like a size issue...

I thought my problem was related to the Captivate 5 patch (http://blogs.adobe.com/captivate/2011/02/fix-for-audio-cut-issue-in-ca ptivate-5.html) but it didn't help.
