I'd verify the type and make sure that you are using the latest driver available for this card from here http://support.amd.com/us/Pages/AMDSupportHub.aspx.
I've only had LR crashing while rendering previews (similar to exporting) twice. Once was caused by a faulty power supply, and the other was caused by me overclocking the computer too much. But I use Win7x64. XP is now over 10yrs old (a lifetime in computer terms) and was much more prone to crashing than Win7. So my first suggestion is to update to Win7.

adobe why can,t you give me a definitive answer to this problem?
Because the crash appears to be occurring as a result of something wrong on your system. If you have all of your system updates installed, then likely the problem is that some of them have become corrupted or didn't install correctly. With the information available, my only suggestion currently is to uninstall and reinstall all of the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable packages.
Try running CCleaner to remove unnecessary temp files. (filehippo, com) Also check config file (msconfig) using filehippo. Remove unneccessary pointers in ms config loading in. See what these suggestions do.
Remove unnecessary files from your hard drive.
Also, remove swap file . it will rebuild itself on next boot.
Do one chancge at a time.
point the swap file to a empty drive if available.
Make sure the raw files that you are using are not damaged.
Just some suggestion.
