No sound when playing a downloaded presentation  using Articulate software and Adobe Flash Player

Jul 24, 2012 6:57 AM

I am trying to play a Flash Player presentation but it has no sound. I tried it on 3 different computers and get the same problem. When you open it, you get a security warning about Adobe Flash Player stopping a potentially unsage operation which  I am assuming ispart of the issue. I tried some fixof the fixes on here but no luck. Any help??

    Hi,

Sorry to hear you are having audio diffiulties. If you could please log a bug in the adobe bug base this will give us a way to start the investigation on your specific issue.

    https://bugbase.adobe.com/index.cfm

If you could please be sure to include a URL which clearly demonstrates your issue. Also, please include OS, OS version, as well as Browser and Browser version. Any info you can provide about your sound card and sound card driver version will also be very useful. The following FAQ page provides instructions on how to gather audio and video display information for you specific OS.

Also, if you could please post back here with a link to the bug I will take a look directly.

    Thanks,

    Greg
