Impossible to download Adobe Reader

As I could not read any more my pdf docs, I tried to re-install Adove Reader. Go a message saying that it was impossible to install this application in my exploitation system... What can I do ? Thanks for helping.

We need much more info - What system? What version of Reader? What exactly isn't working?

Thanks for your follow-up. I have Windows XP and I am really not a specialist in solving problems with my PC. All I know is till now I could read my pdf attachments without problems. I tried to uninstall Adobe Reader 7.1 to replace it by the lastest version but it does not work. The download is correct but when I want to open the program I have always the same message mentioned above.

You may try running the Acrobat and Reader Cleanup Tool:

http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html

Then, if you want to reinstall Reader, download its full installer from

http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

After downloading, restart your computer and run the installer before doing anything else.
