Hello we want to host a system that will allow users in the field to collect electronic signatures for customers for recalls.

Most of the field users use iPads and there are apps to do this but we need to control the versions of the apps and that is impossible with the iPad. So we need a solution we can control and host here that allows them to do this remote. Any suggestions?

Given you're on an Adobe forum, the obvious candidate is EchoSign - http://www.echosign.com/

It's cloud based rather than customer-hosted but avoids the signers having to purchase their own digital ID.
