Audition 3 stuck

My copy of Audition 3 is stuck in CD view - F10, F11 doesn't work nor reset or delete workspace, restarted computer but still can't change the view (although the menu bar alters when I select edit). Can I delete the program and reistall it without licensing issues?

    Can I delete the program and reistall it without licensing issues?

     

    You can, but that doesn't do you any good - your flakey prefs and workspaces are still there. Delete them manualyl from your user folder which would be C:\Users\Phil\AppData\Roaming\Adobe and so on.
