CS6 Creative Cloud Installation Problem

I am trying to install CS6 using the Creative Cloud Service.  I have already installed Lightroom this way.  When It prompts me to enter my adobe ID and password to verify

my subsctiption, it tells me the password does not match the id.  I know it is typed in correctly.  I have tried to reset the password and I get an error message and the program

freezes.  I tried resetting the password on the adobe website, and this did not help either.  Any ideas??

    What URL are you using to sign into Creative Cloud? I had a similar experience where I logged in via a link that redirected me to the Creative Cloud URL but then had problems when logging in. Keep the URL in it's very basic form. Log in at:
    https://creative.adobe.com/

    It is actually the installer that is pulling up the log in page as part of the installation.  I an log in to my account online with no

    problem.  It is the installer log in process that is not recognizing my password.  When I click to reset the password through

    the installer the program gives an error message saying to try again later and freezes.
